This Refund Policy applies to paid sessions and resources arranged through Charmingwristmot and should be read together with our Terms of Use. Where any pricing or arrangement is agreed with you directly, that agreement is read consistently with this policy.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers paid coaching sessions, personalised non-medical plans, educational resources, and reflective programmes offered by our practice. It explains the circumstances in which a refund may be available and how to request one. It does not affect the general informational nature of our content described in our Terms of Use.
2. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under consumer protection law, including, in many cases, a cancellation period for contracts entered into at a distance. Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces those rights. Where your statutory rights are more favourable than the terms below, your statutory rights prevail.
3. Coaching sessions
For one-to-one guidance conversations and similar scheduled sessions:
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the session: you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid for that session.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: we may retain a reasonable portion of the fee to reflect the reserved time, and the remainder is refunded.
- Sessions we cannot deliver: if we need to cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you receive a full refund.
4. Educational resources
For downloadable or digital educational resources, where you have not yet accessed or downloaded the material, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a digital resource has been downloaded or accessed, refunds may be limited, in line with your statutory rights for digital content. We will always consider reasonable requests fairly.
5. Rescheduling
If you simply need a different time rather than a refund, we are usually happy to reschedule a session at no extra cost where you give us reasonable notice, ordinarily at least 48 hours. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will work with you to find a suitable slot.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, cancellation, or reschedule, please contact us using the details in section 9 and include:
- your name and the email address used when arranging the session or resource;
- the date of the session or the date of purchase;
- a brief description of your request.
You do not need to give a detailed reason. Clear information simply helps us process your request quickly.
7. Timeframes and method of refund
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days. Refunds are normally returned using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise with you. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may not apply where a session has already taken place and was delivered as agreed, or where a digital resource has been fully accessed, except where required by your statutory rights. We will always handle borderline situations reasonably and in good faith.
