Ways to work together

Four formats, one shared intention.

Every option below is a form of educational, non-medical coaching. They differ in shape and pace, so you can choose the one that suits where you are right now.

The flagship format

Guidance conversations

A focused one-to-one session, usually around fifty minutes. You set the topic; we keep the conversation honest, structured, and unhurried. Most people book these as standalone sessions and decide afterwards whether to continue.

  • By scheduled video call, or in person in Leeds where available.
  • A short written summary of what you decided, if you would like one.
  • No subscription and no pressure to rebook.

Personalised plans

A collaborative, written framework for your week — gentle routines and questions to revisit. Practical and entirely non-medical.

Built over two short sessions.

Educational resources

Readable guides and worksheets on attention, decision-making, and reflection. Learn at your own pace, with nothing to attend live.

Self-paced and reusable.

Reflective challenges

A short, optional programme that invites you to notice one habit of thought at a time. Light prompts, no scoring, no pressure to perform.

Runs over a few weeks.

What every format includes

The same standards, whichever you choose.

Format aside, a few things never change. They are how we keep the work transparent and grounded.

From first message to first session

A clear, unrushed path.

You send a short message

A few lines about what you would like to think through. There is no form to overthink and no commitment yet.

We reply with a sensible suggestion

We propose a format, explain what it does and does not involve, and share clear timing and pricing.

You decide, on your terms

If it feels right, we schedule. If not, that is completely fine — no follow-up pressure of any kind.

Good to know

Questions about the sessions themselves.

No. Guidance conversations are standalone by default. You are welcome to book once and decide later whether anything further would be useful.
Our role is to ask good questions and offer optional frameworks, not to hand down instructions. Any next step is one you shape and choose for yourself.
It is not. These formats are educational and reflective only. For anything health-related, please speak with an appropriately qualified professional.
Our Refund Policy explains your options and timeframes in full, including how cancellations and rescheduling are handled.

Descriptions of formats on this page are for general information only. They outline an educational coaching service and are not advice for any medical, psychological, or other professional matter.

Ready when you are.

Send a short note about what you would like to think through, and we will suggest the format that fits.
